OR 126 Chip Seal to start August 15 between Redmond and Sisters

Beginning Monday, August 15th, the Oregon Department of Transportation will be chip sealing OR 126 between Sisters and Redmond. Crews plan to begin the chip seal near Redmond then work west towards Sisters.

Traffic impacts: On Monday, August 15th & Tuesday, August 16th, travelers can expect up to 45 minute delays between SW Cline Falls Road and SW Helmholtz Way.

In the rural section between Redmond & Sisters, motorists can expect delays up to 20 minutes during the chip seal placement which will occur on August 17/18 & 22/23.

There could also be minor delays during night time/early morning hours for road sweeping. Crews will try to limit delays during peak commuting hours in the morning.
